Plot: When the water pump at the lodge breaks down, instead of fixing the pump, the men decide to build a water tower in the trees on the ridge so as to get the most power. Instead of wood or metal, the men of the lodge decide to make the tower out of a giant plastic bag and string it between the trees so that it would funnel the water down to the lodge. Moose provides the bag for the lodge. Soon it starts to rain, and the bag fills up with so much water that the trees it's strung between start to bend down. But no water came out, because the men forgot to put a hose in it. So Stinky decides to poke a hole in the bag with a lawn dart, which results in a huge flood that damages the environment.
