Plot: Red learns that there is a large gold deposit in the Possum Lake area. In no time, the members of the lodge are on the search. Soon after, however, they learn that it's actually not a gold deposit, but a mold deposit. Undaunted, Red and his pals decide to convert the mine into an underground parking garage. To cover the costs of the mining project, they plan to charge heavily for the cars that park down there. But they discover a water table down there that floods the garage and the parked cars. Furthermore, the Possum Van was lodged in the exit. To remove it, they tried to raise the water pressure. Red hopes that everything will be fine by winter.
