Plot: When Harold's school lunch gets stolen, he first tells the school principal about the theft, but his shoes get stolen in the meantime. He decides to retaliate by starting his own neighborhood watch and snitch line, with a few friends helping out. Soon, his hotline gets some calls about items missing. Harold and his friends soon get new outfits and start patrolling the streets in them. Said outfits have decoy pigeons on their helmets. As such, Harold's team call themselves "The Stool Pigeons", in order to get the drop on crime. Unsurprisingly, however, their neighborhood watch does not go as planned.
