Plot: Red reveals that Moose Thompson had filed a lawsuit against a ski resort/golf course for an accident he had endured there, and is now waiting for results. It is soon revealed that Moose won the lawsuit, but the resort could not pay the settlement, so now Moose owns the resort and its equipment himself. Soon after, the lodge members picked up some of the resort equipment to see what they can do with them. In the end, they all end up so injured from the equipment that they are now suing Moose for damages.
