Plot: Red informs everyone that Buster's house been burned down by his budgie. Buster had let it out of its cage and let it fly around, before it plugged itself into an outlet, causing a electrical short that burned Buster's house down. In response, Red and his pals offer to pitch in and build Buster a new home, similar to how, in pioneer days, everyone in a neighborhood would pitch in to raise a barn. However, they soon run into problems, as the lodge members decide to distract the crane operator bringing in the prefab home so much that he accidentally puts not on Buster's property, but on the lake. It turns out, however, it's fine, as it's actually a houseboat. In any case, they decide to build another home for Buster, but it's on someone else's land, which Harold tried to point out to Red, to no avail. They had put the new home on the hill, but decided to grease the hill so that the new home slides down. They manage to get the new home on the right side of the boundary line by getting everyone on the other side to give up a little of their property, one by one, until it reaches Harold's room of his parents' home, which makes Harold the son of Old Man Sedgewick.
