Plot: Possum Lake experiences another freak snowstorm that shuts the town down, accumulating high enough to completely block the door into the lodge, preventing Harold from entering, forcing Red to send him to the back to enter. Harold then finally enters and is offered a drink by Mike. The three then try to repair television reception because all that appeared was snow, with Harold trying to get to the roof. When that fails, though, Harold and Red discover that another person (who is revealed to be Dalton, who came by digging a tunnel all the way from his house) is awaiting at the door. Later, the only attendees at the Lodge Meeting are Red, Harold, Mike and Dalton.
Opening Scene: Red comes up with a less violent (but not entirely honest) way to lose weight.
The Possum Lodge Word Game: Dalton tries to guess the word "diet" to win a coupon from Rothschild's Sewage and Septic Sucking Services.

Midlife: A morning person should never marry a night person.
Adventures: Red and Walter participate in a chili cook-off.
Red's Handyman Tips: Red comes up with a way to pull into a driveway without waking any neighbors up.
