In this segment, Red Green would use Handyman Corner-type shortcuts while renovating an old house in one episode they try to improve the lodge. In these segments he would be less then ably assisted by then recent parolee Mike Hamar. In these segments, Mike would either screw up an assignment given to him by Red or Red would have to correct a mistake Mike has already made. This segment was used to help introduce Mike to the audience.
This segment ran only during Season 4.
