Red tries to resist Harold's persuasion of him to join a "Big Guy Little Guy" club... until he learns that it will include a soapbox derby. So Harold tries to find Red a kid to partner with Red for the race.

Plot: Red is frustrated by a group of young people who had hindered his trying to get to the show on time. Harold explains that those people are the Little Guys from the Big Guy Little Guy club and then tries to convince Red to join up, which Red initially refuses to do, until he learns that there is a soapbox derby. However, Red needs to be a Big Guy to be in the derby. Eventually, he is let in.
