Plot: After attending a meeting at the town council, Red learns that the council has forced the lodge to adopt a three-mile stretch of highway known as Orphan's Bend. The objective is to keep that part of the highway clean and safe. Red gets Harold to help out. Soon, as they clean up the mess on the highway, Red decides to make money off of passing motorists. He soon builds a theme park by the side of the highway, but someone complains about it. He decides to explain to the council on the matter. In the end, a logging truck rams the Possum Van and ruins the whole setup, scattering it all over the highway and making it a bigger mess than before it was adopted. Red decides to send Harold to clean it all up.
